Information relating to the processing of personal data in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679
Personal data is processed for the sole purpose of providing the Newsletter, which is distributed via email weekly and published on the University website.
The legal basis for such processing is the fulfillment of the institutional functions of the controller (art. 6, para. 1, point e) GDPR), specifically the functions of institutional communication, and the dissemination of culture and knowledge.
The data collected from you and from authorized data banks are processed in electronic form by University staff authorized to handle such data in order to fulfill assigned tasks, in accordance with the law and with principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, necessity, and reasonableness, and in such a way as to guarantee the security and privacy of personal data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the European Data Protection Supervisor, in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.
