PRIVACY NOTICE UNDER ART. 13 OF DECREE LAW 196/2003 ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Decree Law no. 196/2003 (“Data protection code”) aims at protecting the privacy of individuals in respect of the processing of personal data.
Under the said law, data must be processed in a fair and lawful manner, to ensure transparency and the protection of the privacy and rights of the individuals concerned.
Under art. 13 of Decree Law no. 196/2003, we hereby inform you that your personal data will be processed by the University of Trento by automated means and non automated filing systems for the sole purpose of informing you of the availability of the new issue of KNOWTRANSFER or to send you the magazine in paper form.
The data you provided will not be in any case disclosed to third parties. The data will be collected, processed and stored in compliance with the provisions set forth in decree law 196/2003, safety requirements and the codes of ethics in force.
