The D2T Start Cup business innovation prize is back. This is a competition for innovative business projects started by young people under 35. The prize, which is aimed at entrepreneurial projects in the initial or pre-seed stage, offers training opportunities, coaching, and money to the best business plans, and offers all participants opportunities for entrepreneurial and management training, and for networking.
There are three categories: mechatronics, green and applied ICT.
The winners will receive a cheque for 15 thousand euros and access to a targeted tutoring program that includes promotional services and space within the business incubator. There is also a special prize of 6 thousand euros for one of the finalists, offered by the sponsors. In addition, the winners are able to enter the final of the National Innovation Prize 2016 (PNI2016).
The Prize is organized by Trentino Sviluppo in collaboration with HIT – the Trentino Innovation Hub, formed by the University of Trento, Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK), the Edmund Mach Foundation (FEM) and Trentino Sviluppo.
The Scientific Research and Technology Transfer Division of the University is available to provide support and assistance for candidates from within the University (research.support [at] unitn.it).
